How are they made?
How are they made?
With love and fresh water, along with a few ingredients.
Edmond beers are made like traditional beers, with organic ingredients by experienced brewers.
It all starts with sprouted and roasted grains that are crushed, before adding hot water (but not just any water: the spring water from the Monts du Pilat!). We heat, mix, and filter: the colored liquid obtained is the base of our future beer. The next step aims to add bitterness and a lingering taste through the hops that we infuse…
A Team of Passionate People
One summer day in 2017, Sébastien is on a terrace under the setting sun of an August evening in Grenoble, listening to his partner complain for the umpteenth time about a sad Perrier without a slice of lemon, lamenting that she can never find a worthy alcohol-free beer… their eyes meet, and that’s the spark.
He said this incredibly charming line: “Come on, let’s try it, I’ll make you your alcohol-free beer, baby!”
